• 48-hour cancellation policy: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 25% of the original booking, which must be paid before a new appointment can be made. No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost, payable in full before rebooking. These policies are in place to protect my business and livelihood. I understand that unexpected situations arise, so please get in touch if needed.

• Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Please note that rescheduled appointments due to lateness fall under the cancellation policy, and the original booking fee still applies.

• Illness: I reserve the right to refuse service if you attend while visibly unwell. Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell to help keep everyone safe and well.

• Skin testing: An up-to-date skin test is required for all chemical services. Failure to attend your skin test appointment may require your service to be rescheduled and may incur a charge. Without a valid skin test, chemical services cannot be carried out, and cancellation charges may apply in line with the policy above.

• Adjustments & refunds: As time and products are allocated to every appointment, refunds are not offered. If you have any concerns, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment to discuss possible adjustments, which are offered at my discretion. Your satisfaction is very important to me, and I will always do my best to help.
