To Contact Gemma or Callie for bookings, or for their treatment lists and prices (theirs are not visible on my website) their numbers are below. We all now take our bookings individually via phone or online booking as normal.

(Callie and Gemma have their own policies so please refer to them for their own. We only share an online booking platform, nothing further.) The following policies are my own.
- 48 hour cancellation policy in place. If less then 48 hours notice is given, a charge of 50% of the original booking will be due and must be paid upfront before booking a new appointment. No show: 100% charge incurred and must be paid in full before a new appointment can be booked. I don’t do this to be unfair, it is simply to protect my livelihood. I understand life does happen, so please reach out to me.
- I reserve the right to refuse service if you attend and are visibly unwell. Please reschedule if you are unwell, with anything. Let’s keep each other safe and well at all times.
- You must have an up to date skin test. If you do not attend your skin test appointment, you will have to reschedule so that you can safely have a new test and you may incur a charge. Without an up to date skin test, I will not be able to offer a chemical service and you may incur a charge for wasted time, see point 1.
- No refunds are given, as I have used my time and products. Contact must be made within 7 days of your appointment if you wish to have any amendments, at my discretion. Your happiness is paramount to me and I will always help if needs be.
